Ingredients
2 Tablespoons gf flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Four 4 ounce chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/2 cup gf chicken broth 1/2 cup dry white wine 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Add broth and wine. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
Cover and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with cheese.
