1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoons molasses 2 teaspoons gf worchestershire sauce 4 garlic cloves, chopped 8 chicken thighs, skin removed Butter for coating baking pan 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a large zip-lock bag blend blend lemon juice, molasses, worchestershire sauce and garlic. Add chicken to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Remove chicken from marinade and place in shallow roasting, or baking pan coated with butter. Pour remaining marinade over chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes and baste with juices. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Serve.
