Makes 4 servings. Difficulty
1 turkey breast half Freshly ground black pepper Salt Olive oil
1/2 pound seedless green grapes (about 2 cups) 1/4 cup craisins 1/4 cup dry white wine 1/4 cup orange juice 1-1/2 Tablespoon honey 1 Tablespoon lime juice
To prepare relish: In a small saucepan, combine grapes, craisins, wine, orange juice, honey and lime juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low to keep warm, stirring occasionally.
Season turkey breast on both sides with salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Spray or lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
Grill breast for about 30 minutes over medium heat, turning halfway through (or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F). Remove from grill, tent with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
To serve place thickly sliced turkey breast pieces on plate and top with grape relish.
