6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup gf chicken broth 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup tequilla 1/4 cup scallions, minced 3 cloves garlic, crushed 3 Tablespoons lime juice 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon coriander
Directions
Rinse chicken, pat dry. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. Drain, discard marinade. Grill chicken over hot coals, approximately 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve.
