Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a glass baking dish. Combine cheeses together in a bowl, set aside. Cook rice according to package instructions. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, chilies and beans. Alternate layers of cooked rice, cheeses and sour cream mixture; finishing with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, until nicely browned on top. Serve immediately.
