2 cups long grain rice 2 cups water 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 Tablespoon butter, melted 2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
Wash rice until water is clear; drain. Combine rice, water, salt, garlic, butter and tomato sauce, stirring so that rice is level. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to lowest setting and cook for 25 minutes. Before serving, fluff with a fork.
