1 cup jasmine rice 1/2 cup mixed herbs (parsley, thyme, oregano), chopped 1 Tablespoon chives, chopped 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces Salt
Directions
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add rice and herbs; boil, stirring occasionally, until slightly undercooked, about 10 minutes.
Drain rice and herbs in a strainer.
Return saucepan to medium-low heat and melt half the butter. Add rice and remaining 1-1/2 tablespoons butter, stir gently and season to taste with salt. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
