Gf pasta* 1/2 cup creme fraiche** 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup chopped basil
In a food processor combine creme fraiche, garlic, cheese and basil and process until smooth.
Cook pasta until al dente; drain. Toss with Creme Pesto and serve immediately.
This recipe can be made in minutes if you already have creme fraiche on hand, or you can buy ready made creme fraiche in some markets.

**For creme fraiche: 1 cup cream 1/4 cup buttermilk Combine cream and buttermilk in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit out on a counter for 24-48 hours until it has thickened and has a slight sour smell. Refrigerate.
