3 cups gf Chicken Stock 3/4 cup grits 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter Salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a medium saucepan, bring the stock to a boil. Whisk in the grits and cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and the grains are tender, about 10 minutes. Add the cheese and butter. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve.
