1lb ground pork 1/4 cup sake 2 Tablespoons and 1 teaspoon gf soy sauce 1" piece of ginger, peeled and minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 6 green onions, chopped 2 medium heads cut into 1" pieces broccoli 2 Tablespoons peanut oil 1 cup gf chicken broth Cooked Jasmine rice
Directions
In a small bowl mix together pork, sake and 2 Tablespoons soy sauce. Add 1 teaspoon minced ginger, to pork mixture and blend. In a separate small bowl, add remaining ginger, garlic and green onions. Place a wok or large heavy skillet over high heatand add 1 Tablespoon oil. When hot add pork mixture. Cook and stir until pork is cooked through. Remove pork from pan and add remaining oil to pan. Add garlic, ginger and green onions, stirring and tossing for 1 minute. Add broccoli, remaining soy sauce and broth and cover for 2-3 minutes. Remove lid and add pork, stirring and tossing. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve in individual bowls over rice. Serve immediately.
