1-1/4 pound gf fresh fettuccine, or 1 pound gf dried 8 Tablespoons unsalted butter 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated 2 Tablespoons fresh basil, finely sliced Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions, or if using fresh gf pasta, bring a large stockpot of salted water to a boil. Add fresh pasta and cook until tender but firm, about 3-5 minutes. Drain.
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add cooked pasta to skillet along with cream, parmesan cheese and basil. Toss over low heat until well coated. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
