1/4 cup orange juice 3 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 Tablespoons olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 head of Romaine, torn into bite size pieces 12 basil leaves 1 large fennel bulb, trimmed, halved and thinly sliced 1 leek, halved crosswise and thinly sliced
In a small bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil. Season dressing to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
In a large salad bowl, toss lettuce with basil, fennel and leeks. Drizzle dressing over salad; tossing well. Serve immediately.
