3 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 4 handfuls baby spinach, washed and dried 1/2 grapefruit, peeled & sectioned 1 orange, peeled & sectioned 1 avocado, peeled & sliced Salt and pepper
For dressing: 1 clove garlic, peeled 2-3 pinches salt 1/4 cup tangerine juice 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 small shallots, minced 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
For dressing: On a cutting board mash garlic and salt into a paste. Place in a jar with a lid. Add tangerine and lemon juices and shallots. Slowly add oil and shake until well blended.
Toss spinach in a salad bowl with 2-3 pinches of salt and 4 tablespoons dressing.
Divide spinach equally on 4 plates. Place grapefruit, orange and avocado slices on spinach. Sprinkle with sesame seeds; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
