1 can black beans, rinced and drained corn kernels from 2 ears of corn 1 red pepper, diced 1/2 sweet onion, chopped 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix beans, corn, red pepper and onion together. In a small bowl mix together lime juice and chili powder. Add to vegetables and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
