1 head romaine lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-size pieces 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoons gf dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon gf stone-ground mustard 1 Tablespoon honey 1 Tablespoon gf horseradish Salt and f`reshly ground black pepper
Wash and dry lettuce. Cover and refrigerate until crisp (up to 2 hours).
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, gf dijon, gf stone ground mustard, honey and horseradish. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
