For dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ketchup 1 Tablespoon Asian chili sauce (Sriracha) 1/4 cup minced scallion 2 tablespoons capers 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon bottled gf horseradish Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together all dressing ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add enough salad greens to a large salad bowl for 4 servings and toss with dressing. Divide equally between individual salad plates and top with wedges of tomato, avocado slices, and a generous mound of crab meat.
