Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, crushed 3/4 cup walnuts 2-2" thick slices of gf french bread 2 egg yolks, at room temperature 3/4 cup olive oil 3 Tablespoons lemon juice Salt
Directions
Add all ingredients, exept oil, into a food processor and process until combined. Add oil to the attachment at the top with a small hole, with motor running. Adjust seasoning.
Tips
This is a wonderful sauce from Greece, called Skordalia, or Garlic Sauce. The Greeks serve it with fried zucchini or eggplant, on fried fish, in salads or on hard-boiled eggs.
