Ingredients
1 cup minced onion 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup gf chicken broth 8 tomatoes, chopped 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until onions are tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
