2 pounds sweet or tart apples, Golden Delicious, Fuji or Gala; peeled, cored and cut into pieces 3 Tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 cup maple sugar or brown sugar 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Puree apples in batches in a food processor. Add lemon juice and puree. Place apple mixture in a bowl and mix in sugar and cinnamon. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
