2 cups whipping cream 2 Tablespoons buttermilk, at room temperature
Place 2 cups of whipping cream in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons buttermilk. Stir briefly with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit overnight at room temperature until about the consistency of sour cream.
This is a fabulous recipe to ’have on hand’ for a variety of uses. Use it instead of sour cream, buttermilk or whipping cream.
