1/4 cup gf soy sauce
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Combine all ingredients.

There is gluten free soy sauce out there- try Great Value brand at WalMart

Soy Sauce contains wheat. Therefore this is not a gluten free recipe

this recipe clearly states gf or gluten free soy sauce so it IS a gluten free recipe
