Makes about 1-1/2 cups. Difficulty
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen 2 Tablespoons honey 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons gf dijon mustard
Place berries in a blender or food processor along with the honey, brown sugar and dijon mustard. Process until smooth. Strain berries through a fine sieve, removing all of the seeds. The sauce is now ready to be used as a glaze.
