1/2 small onion, diced 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely diced 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1/2 jalapeno (or the whole jalapeno if you prefer spicy foods), seeded and minced 1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced 1 Tablespoon lemon juice Kosher salt to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, mango and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.
