Makes about 2 cups Difficulty
1-1/3 cups gf brown sugar, packed 3/4 cup light corn syrup 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter 2 Tablespoons water Pinch of salt 6 Tablespoons cream
In a small heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients except for cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool. When cool, add cream, stirring to blend. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
