2 teaspoons gf stone ground mustard Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoons chervil (or other delicate herb)
Directions
Combine mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar. Whisk in cream and getnly stir in olive oil. Stir in chopped herb.
