Ingredients
12 ounces frozen raspberries 1/4 cup water 3/4 cup sugar 1-1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 Tablespoon water
Directions
Place frozen raspberries and water in a saucepan along with sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until berries begin to break down and release their juice.
Transfer to a blender; process until smooth. Using a fine sieve, strain berries into a clean saucepan.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Whisk cornstarch mixture into raspberry sauce.
