Lemon-Wine Salmon Marinade

Makes 1/2 cup
Ingredients

2-1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1-1/2 Tablespoons white wine
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
Combine ingredients and marinate salmon, flesh side down in glass baking dish for 30 minutes. Remove salmon and grill.
Tips
Do not marinate fish for more than 30 minutes, as the acid in the lemon juice will cook the fish.
