1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, coarsely chopped 3 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place the cilantro, parsley and garlic in a food process; process until chopped. Add the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, cumin, cayenne, paprika and cinnamon. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
