Makes 4 cups Difficulty
1 pound tomatillos, quartered 2-3 jalapenos, seeded (if you like your salsa hot, leave the seeds in) 1 small onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, chopped 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Salt to taste Cumin to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop. Do not liquify. Adjust seasonings. Serve.
