Ingredients

2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3 Tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
Directions
In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine mushrooms, onion, garlic and butter; cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and celery salt.
Tips
For a sauce with more volume, you can add gf beef stock and reduce to desired thickness.
