2 garlic cloves, minced Zest of 1/2 lime Juice of 2 limes 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick, melted Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Puree the garlic, lime zest and lime juice in a food processor until smooth. With the motor running add the melted butter and blend until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve over grilled fish.
