Ingredients
1 pound green beans, picked over and ends trimmed 1 Tablespoons unsalted butter 1 garlic clove, minced 1 Tablespoon black bean garlic sauce 1 teaspoon sichuan peppercorns, ground Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Blanch green beans in salted boiling water. When just tender, drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add green beans, black bean garlic sauce and ground sichuan peppercorns. Stir to coat and cook until green beans are reheated. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
