Asparagus w/Balsamic Butter

Ingredients
20 asparagus spears, trimmed
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons gf soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Arrange asparagus spears in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Roast asparagus for 12 minutes or until tender.
In a small skillet heat butter over medium heat, shaking pan occasionally, for 3 minutes or until butter is lightly browned.
Remove skillet from heat and whisk in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Drizzle balsamic butter over asparagus; tossing well to coat. Serve immediately.

I steamed the asparagus, then tossed it with olive oil. I then proceeded with the butter-soy-balsamic mix. Delicious! Very easy.
