1 pound small red potatoes 4 Tablespoons butter 1 pound onions, chopped 1 teaspoon gf brown sugar 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled Paprika Salt & pepper
Parboil potatoes and transfer to bowl of ice water.
In a heavy skillet melt butter and add onion. Sprinkle with brown sugar and saute on low heat until onions are carmelized; about 15-20 minutes. Add potatoes, sprinkle with paprika and saute until potaotes are glazed and tender. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
