Makes 6 servings. Difficulty
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and rinsed thoroughly 1 teaspoon garlic oil 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fill a large skillet with water and add a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook until just tender, about 4 minutes. Drain. Remove the asparagus from the pan. Add the garlic oil to the pan and heat over medium heat. When hot, return the asparagus to the pan. Add the rosemary. Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
