Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into 2 inch florets 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 large garlic clove Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, garlic and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spread evenly in a shallow baking pan and roast in the upper part of the oven, stirring occasionally, for 30-45 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and just tender.
