2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 lb green beans, trimmed 6 small shallots, cut into 1" slices 3/4 teaspoon Herbes de Provence 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
Heat a large heavy skillet over medium heat and when hot, add oil. When oil is hot, add shallots and beans and season with Herbes de Provence and salt and pepper. Cook, tossing frequently, until the beans are tender and partially browned.
