6 cups bok choy, torn 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup cauliflower florets 1/4 cup Chinese dipping sauce
Directions
Arrange vegetables in a single layer on bamboo steamer racks. Add water to a wok to the depth of about 1 inch. Bring to a boil. Cover the steamer and place in the wok. Steam for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
