Chili Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

11/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
Preheat oven to 450º.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or a large zip lock bag; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450º for 30 minutes or until golden, turning occasionally.
