4 ears of corn with husks 2 Tablespoons butter, melted 1 teaspoon ground allspice 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Prepare grill. Combine all spices and set aside. Pull husks back from corn, being careful not to pull off and remove silks. Brush corn with melted butter and sprinkle with spice mixture. Re-cover corn with husks.
Grill corn on rack about 15 minutes, or until done, turning to avoid burning.
Soak corn in husks for 20 minutes in cold water before adding the seasoning. This will prevent husks from burning on the grill.
