12 baby new potatoes olive oil salt and freshly ground black pepper bamboo skewers
Clean potatoes and halve. Place in a medium saucepan and cover potatoes with water. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are just tender.
Remove potatoes from water and thread through bamboo skewers. (Note: soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes before using on grill to prevent them from burning.) Season potato skewers with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spray all sides with olive oil. Grill potatoes for about 3 minutes per side or until grill marks appear on all sides.
