Ingredients
2 Tablespoons basil, chopped 1-1/2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon gf maple syrup 1 garlic clove, minced 1/6 cup olive oil 1 yellow zucchini, sliced 1 green zucchini, sliced 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, mix basil, vinegar, maple syrup and garlic. Whisk in oil until emulsified.
Heat butter in a medium skillet. Add zucchini and basil mixture; toss to coat thoroughly. Saute until crisp-tender. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
