8 medium size new potatoes 4 cloves of garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper olive oil
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out a the core of the potato from each half. Cut garlic cloves in half. Spray potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place garlic half inside one half of a potato and close with remaining potato half. Skewer potato on a metal skewer. Repeat with remaining potatoes and garlic cloves.
Place potatoes over a medium-low grill. Grill, turning occasionally until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
