1 each: red, green, yellow and orange bell peppers, cut into 1/2" strips, about 1-1/2" long 1 onion, cut into narrow wedges 2 Tablespoons peanut oil 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
For sauce: 3 teaspoons rice wine 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil 2 teaspoons gf hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon gf catsup 1 teaspoon sugar 1 dash fish sauce 1 teaspoon black bean sauce 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
In a small bowl combine seasonings; set aside.
In another small bowl combine sauce ingredients; set aside.
Place a wok over highest heat, when wok is very hot, add 2 tablespoons oil and roll oil around wok. When oil gives off a wisp of smoke add seasonings; stir and toss for 5 seconds. Add vegetables, stir and toss for about 3 minutes. Stir in sauce. Stir and toss until all ingredients are coated. Adjust seasonings; serve immediately.
