12 slices proscuitto 24 medium shrimp, shelled and deveined Black olives 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced Red pepper flakes 4 Tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut each piece of proscuitto lengthwise into halves and wrap one piece around each shrimp. Skewer each shrimp alternating with olives. Place skewers on foil and sprinkle with parsley, garlic and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with olive oil and seal the packets. Set on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp are done. Transfer packets to plates and open at table.
