1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup cream Salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until tender, about 4 minutes. Add zucchini and yellow summer squash and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender and caramelized in places. Add basil; stir to blend. Sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare gf pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Add zucchini mixture to pasta. Add parmesan cheese and cream. Toss until pasta is completely coated. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
