1 pound ground beef 4 Tablespoons goat cheese 1/2 roasted red pepper, diced Garlic salt Crushed peppercorns Hot pepper flakes
Make 4 hamburger patties and press them flat. Add 1 Tablespoon cheese and 1/4 of the roasted pepper to each pattie and fold sides in to cover the filling. Reshape into thicker patties. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the patties with garlic salt, crushed peppercorns and a slight amount of hot pepper flakes on both sides. When hot, add the patties and brown on both sides, cooking until done.
