Gf tortilla chips 1/2 pound ground round 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon cumin 3/4 cup water 1 cup onion, chopped and divided 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 jalapenos, finely chopped 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup cilantro
In a heavy skillet, saute ground round over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup onion, chili powder, cumin and garlic salt. Add water and simmer for 12 minutes.
Cover a large platter generously with tortilla chips. Sprinkle prepared meat on top of chips. Spread evenly with tomatoes, jalapenos and onions. Cover with cheese and broil until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
