For Mango Mayo: 1/4 cup gf mayonnaise 1/2 cup ripe mango, diced 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Prepare grill and brush or spray rack with oil. Place all mayo ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Set aside. In a large bowl combine ground round, wine, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, curry powder, salt and allspice. Mix together and form into patties. Grill patties until browned, then turn and grill until done. While burgers are cooking, place onions on grill and cook until browned and crisp tender. Place burgers on plates and top with a spoonful of mayo and an onion slice. Serve.
