1 Tablespoon olive oil Salt and fresh ground pepper 1 clove garlic, smashed 2 cups porcini mushrooms, sliced Gf fettuccine, enough for 2 servings 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and saute garlic for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms release their water. Pour off excess liquid and remove garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove mushrooms to a plate and set aside.
Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms, cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss to blend.
Adjust seasonings and serve.
